My Goals / Promises

We have all been so blessed with this wonderful gift of life. We must make the most of each and every breath we take.

Quoting Larry Winget, "Do what you said you would do, when you said you would do it". Can it get much simpler than that? If a goal is important enough it should be a promise, and then as they say, "Just do it". Lorel Langemeier spoke about needing to ask yourself if you are really committed to make your financial goals happen and needing to make non-negotiable commitments. I am making those commitments now.

"What is the last thought you want before you die?"- Keith Cunningham . This really ties in well with a book we are studying at church in our small group, "One Month to Live", by Kerry and Chris Shook. Living your life backwards, focusing on the big picture and what is truly important, for me it is diffidently not catching the latest episode of whatever is on TV.
